Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, email us at nerosheadquarters@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return

Your item must be:

  • In the same condition as you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase


Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (cosmetics, etc.)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Return your item and place a new order after the return is approved.


Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at nerosheadquarters@gmail.com.
We’ll make it right.


EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items must meet the same conditions listed above.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, email us at nerosheadquarters@gmail.com.
